  1. iQueue NetWare LPD/LPR Ordering information

  4. The software contained in this distribution is provided for evaluation purposes. The NLMs will run for 1 hour and then unload.
  5.  
  6. On receipt of the order form you will be supplied with an authorization key by Email or fax.
  7.  
  8. The NLMs are available individually 
  9.           US $85/NZ $150 each
  10. or both together
  11.           US $115/NZ $200 per pair.
  12.  
  13. We will accept payment by cheque, credit card (see other form) and purchase
  14. orders from educational institutions/large companies. 
  15. (Print out the form at the end of this file to include with your payment) 
  16.  
  17. Cheques are acceptable in any currency. If they are not New Zealand 
  18. or US dollars then please provide the equivalent to the NZ dollar
  19. amount calculated using your local conversion rate at the time of
  20. payment.

  22. The authorization key(s) are based on the destination file server(s)
  23. serial number. This can be obtained by:
  24.  
  25.       1. Load the LPD or LPR NLM and copy down the server number           
  26.          displayed.
  27.       2. Login as supervisor, use SYSCON, File Server Information
  28.  
  29. If your File Server serial number starts with 009 you have a NetWare 
  30. site license, please supply your Internal IPX number.
  31.  
  32. On receiving your order you will be issued with 1 or 2 authorization
  33. numbers (depending on which NLMs you will be using).
